The experience unfolds in four distinct stages. In MATCH, customers swipe through bicycle options on a dating app-like interface to find their perfect match. During DATE, they meet the bike through a sensory biking simulation, complete with soundscapes and visuals of a chosen landscape, enhancing emotions and fostering connection. In LOVE, customers personalise and care for their bike, engaging in intimate acts like cleaning and polishing with sensory tool to strengthen the bond. Finally, in DEVOTION, they symbolically “marry” the bike, signing devotion papers in a celebratory ceremony that seals their commitment to cherish and use the bike as a lifelong partner in sustainable living.
